Abstract
Teachers have some routines such as meetings, deliberations, taking care of administration, and mentoring students so that the teacher's workload is quite heavy and can trigger burnout. Burnout is excessive and prolonged work stress that causes health problems in the form of physical fatigue and has an impact on decreased performance. The main objective in this study is to determine the relationship between the intensity of sunnah worship and the risk of burnout in Muslim teaching staff at SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlative approach. The sampling method used is simple ramdom sampling and the data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires, then a correlation test is carried out using the pearson product moment formula with the help of Microsoft Excel which shows the correlation between the intensity of sunnah worship with burnout is 0.119617 with a significant value of 5%. The results of the analysis show a very low and insignificant positive relationship. This can be interpreted that the variable intensity of sunnah worship is not strong enough to influence the burnout variable and there are other factors that can influence it.
