OVERVIEW OF PRODUCTIVITY BASED ON THE LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL RISK AMONG WAREHOUSE WORKERS AT PT PLN (PERSERO) UPT BANDUNG

Abstract
Work productivity is an important indicator of work performance, while working posture is an ergonomic factor to be considered in jobs involving manual handling. Warehouse workers perform activities such as lifting, moving, carrying, pushing, pulling, and arranging materials, which may expose them to ergonomic risks. This study aimed to describe warehouse workers' productivity based on working posture risk levels at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Bandung. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 54 warehouse workers selected using total sampling. The study assessed working posture risk using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and measured work productivity with a 15-item Likert-scale questionnaire. We analyzed the data descriptively using frequency distributions, percentages, and mean scores. The results showed an average REBA score of 4.26, classified as moderate risk. The working posture risk distribution showed that 35 respondents (64.8%) were in the moderate-risk category, 17 respondents (31.5%) were in the low-risk category, 1 respondent (1.9%) was in the negligible-risk category, and 1 respondent (1.9%) was in the high-risk category. No respondents were classified as having a very high risk. The productivity assessment showed that 37 respondents (68.5%) were in the very high productivity category, while 17 respondents (31.5%) were in the high productivity category. Based on working posture risk levels, the average productivity scores ranged from 62.25 to 67.00, indicating that the workers' productivity generally remained at a high to very high level across all risk categories. This study indicates that warehouse workers predominantly have a moderate level of working posture risk, while their work productivity, based on workers' perceptions, remains high to very high.
